They are two of trance music’s most enduring back2back studio merchants and turntablists. Between them Alex M.O.R.P.H. and Woody van Eyden have provided a impressive inventory of unforgettable production moments and ‘Heavenly’ was, without doubt, one of their very finest.

It’s been 5 years since the track beamed down on FENology Records to transfix floors, so more than enough time then for some remix/revamp/recalibration clamour to build. Van Eyden and M.O.R.wP.H. aren’t ones to take the too simple and straightforward route to this end though! They’ve teamed up with Music Conference Asia – the latest regional EDM convention to debut on the world stage – to bring a competitive element to the remix/re-release. So studio-hounds and remixer-ateers, here’s where you come activate! To get started, from December the 1st you’ll be able to register (through the link below) to enter and download the ‘Heavenly’ remix stem-pack. From there you can get as creative as you like, remixing the Kate Peters-vocalled track into a stadium-sized track worthy of full release on the dynamic duo’s FENology label. And that’s exactly what’s going to happen! At midnight on January 15th, the contest closes and deliberation begins, with the Right Honourable Judges M.O.R.P.H. and Van Eyden presiding! The winner will be informed their mix has been selected in mid-Feb and from there, their ‘Heavenly’ recreation will fast-track it out for a full release on the label! Glory beckons... so get remixing!
